On Thursday, October 12, 2023, come chat with Helen and Andrew at Le Trou du Diable microbrewery in Shawinigan. The event will feature personal stories and discussions, along with a tour of the microbrewery and a meal with them.

Helen Antoniou is a leadership coach who works with corporate executives and their teams, as well as with family business owners and their successors. She is chair of the Board of Governors at Concordia University.

In May 2018, Helen published a business biography of Eric Molson, her father-in-law and former chairman of the board of Molson Coors, titled *Back to Beer… and Hockey: The Story of Eric Molson*, which appeared on *The Globe and Mail*’s “Top 10 Non-Fiction Books” list. Helen is also a guest speaker on leadership and family business governance for institutions such as the MIT Sloan School of Management, the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, and the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA.

Andrew Molson is Chairman of the Board at AVENIR GLOBAL, an organization he first joined as a consultant in 1997. Headquartered in Montreal, AVENIR GLOBAL is a network of seven strategic communications firms across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, including the public relations firm NATIONAL, AXON, Madano, SHIFT, Padilla, Cherry, and Hanover.

Andrew also serves on several boards of directors, including Molson Coors, Groupe Deschênes, Dundee Corporation, and the CH Group, which owns Evenko and the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League.

At this Grand Gathering, you will have:
  • the chance to take a guided tour of the microbrewery and its barrel-aging cellar—the largest of its kind in Canada;
  • the chance to sample Le Trou du Diable beers;
  • the chance to meet Helen Antoniou and Andrew Molson: you’ll be able to ask them anything—whether it’s about their shared values, their approach to business management, the importance of community, or even family in business;
  • A wine-and-beer pairing dinner with our hosts to round out the evening.
