Vice President of Business Support and Head of Sustainable Development at Fonds de solidarité FTQ, Sophie Robillard and her team work with the Fund’s partner companies to help them orchestrate the implementation of their business ambitions and resolve strategic and operational challenges, focusing on people as the driving force of change and identifying opportunities related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues. She also oversees the team responsible for integrating ESG factors into the Fund’s investment process, as well as the team dedicated to advancing the Fund’s and its network’s sustainable development strategy and policy.
Sophie Robillard joined the Fund in March 2020, bringing with her relevant expertise as a senior manager, particularly in corporate transformation projects. She has worked at numerous leading companies as a partner in consulting firms. From 2004 to 2020, she held executive positions at renowned companies such as Yellow Pages, KPMG, COOP Fedérée, and Desjardins Group, where she distinguished herself as a dedicated manager.
