School BeauceSchool is offering an immersive experience with Alex Brisson, President and CEO of Norda Stelo, on February 3–4, 2026, as part of the Élite Program.

Alex Brisson became President and CEO of Norda Stelo in the summer of 2013. He then undertook a major restructuring of the company to place more agile and efficient organizational structure while upholding the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

With a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in business administration, Mr. Brisson began his career in various roles within the industrial sector, primarily in the aluminum smelting industry. Possessing an impressive technical background and a business acumen uncommon among engineers, he joined Norda Stelo in 1993. Starting as a project coordinator, he quickly rose through the ranks to become Senior Vice President of the Industrial Sector in 2003. His career has taken him to work on various projects in Canada and abroad.

A member of the board of directors and executive management at Norda Stelo for several years, Mr. Brisson is also one of the major shareholders who facilitated the takeover of Norda Stelo in 2005, the management buyout in 2019, and the leveraged buyout in 2022, which enabled the acquisition of 48% of the outstanding shares. Brisson had a clear vision for Norda Stelo and sought to transform engineering practices to contribute to the common good. Norda Stelo was recently awarded B Corp certification, granted to companies that adopt exemplary practices in social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. This recognition validates the bold organizational transformation that has enabled Norda Stelo to become a highly competent, trustworthy, and clearly distinctive partner that adds real value to its clients, communities, and the planet.
