Caroline holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Concordia University. She joined the company, Techno Diesel, as a teenager but began working there officially and full-time in 2001. Techno Diesel is the largest maintenance and repair center for trucks and trailers on Montreal’s North Shore. Caroline held several positions within the company, always under the guidance of her mother, Jacinte, until she was ready to take over as General Manager in December 2012. Since then, she has managed the company with a management team and over 95 employees. Her three sisters also hold positions of significant responsibility within the company. The group has place advisory committee and a family council that oversees governance, operational growth, and the maintenance of harmony within the family business. Caroline was appointed President of Techno Diesel in June 2016, a position that had been held by her father, Marcel, since the company’s founding in 1977. She graduated from the Élite Program, Élite 3, in December 2013.
