As President and CEO of Alia Conseil, Catherine Privé is a co-founder and partner of the firm, which has been active in organizational development and course over 25 years. An active member of Quebec’s business and entrepreneurial community, she is passionate about leadership and team development. Catherine Privé is a psycho-sociologist with a master’s degree in public administration from ENAP, specializing in organizational analysis and development.

Proud of the Alia Conseil team, which has become a leader in organizational development in Quebec, Catherine Privé is constantly working to drive the firm toward innovative services by staying abreast of trends and best practices. She finds her motivation in guiding business leaders by helping them identify strategies that enable them to achieve their business objectives and navigate the complexities of modern management.

In November 2020, she was awarded the Quebec Business Women’s Network Award in the “Mid-Size Business Entrepreneur” category. In March 2017, Alia Conseil received the “TELUS | Engaged SME Award,” and in 2013, it was honored with a special mention at the Grands Prix québécois de la qualité. Finally, in 2009, the company was a finalist at the Mercuriades in the “Proactive Workforce Management” category.
