School BeauceSchool invites you to an immersive experience with Mr. Christian Genest on November 19–20, 2024, as part of the Élite Program.
Christian Genest, 49, is the father of a young adult and a proud dog dad. He studied law while remaining deeply involved in street gangs. In 2000, with just $500 on his credit card, he founded the company Sushitaxi, which he sold in 2016 for several million dollars. A boxing enthusiast for 20 years, he bought the bankrupt gym where he trained and turned it into a nonprofit organization helping at-risk youth. A gin-and-tonic lover, his motto is to treat himself to one indulgence a day. After his foodtech startup Buddha-Station was brought to its knees by COVID, he re-entered the sushi world with FISH, a private sushi takeout club. In collaboration with the Institut du Leadership de Gestion andSchool de Beauce (EEB), he has taught over 125 courses .
