Since May 2013, Evan Price has served as President and CEO of CO2 Solutions in Quebec City, a company operating in the clean technology industry. Evan Price is a co-owner and director of Auberge Saint-Antoine, a hotel that is a member of the prestigious Relais & Châteaux association, and of the restaurant Le Chic Shack. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of IOU Financial, a fintech company operating primarily in the United States, a member of the Board of Directors of Solifor, the largest private owner of forest land in Quebec, and co-owner of B45 Inc., a manufacturer of baseball bats. Previously, he led high-tech companies in Quebec and worked in the forestry industry in the Congo (Zaire) and Bolivia. Evan Price holds a B.Sc. in Forest Engineering from Laval University (1981), an MBA from INSEAD (1987), and a Certificate from the College of Directors at Laval University (2013). Following in his family’s tradition, Evan Price is a committed philanthropist. He is Chair of the Board of the Monastère des Augustines. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Fondation Hall Fondation . He is also a member of the Advisory Board of the Royal 22nd Regiment. In 2017, he was named a Grand Québécois in the social sector.
