School BeauceSchool invites you to an immersive experience with Josée Fiset, co-founder of Première Moisson, from November 26 to November 27, 2024, as part of the Élite Program.
A graduate of HEC Montréal and co-founder, Josée Fiset serves as Vice President of Retail Operations at Première Moisson. As the guardian of the company’s image since its founding, Ms. Fiset has ensured that the network has grown in line with its core values: authenticity, respect, and fairness.
Committed to environmental sustainability and concerned about corporate social responsibility within their community, Josée Fiset and her family decided in 2007 to source their wheat exclusively from Quebec. This goal was achieved through a partnership between Première Moisson and Les Moulins de Soulanges to develop high-quality, natural flours made from grains grown without chemical inputs.
Since the company’s partnership with Metro in the fall of 2014, Josée Fiset has continued to lead the retail network and promote the Première Moisson brand.
She is the author of two cookbooks published by Éditions de l’Homme, developed in collaboration with two chefs: *Tartes* with Dominic Boué and *Pain* with Éric Blais, and she also holds the Chair in Leadership at HEC Montréal. She has published the five Josée Fiset Notebooks: Brunch, Harvest, and Idleness and Gluttony, Picnic, and Back to School. In 2021, she published two books: Compassionate Leadership and The Bread of Life. Josée is now an author, speaker, mentor, philanthropist, and associate professor at HEC.
