School BeauceSchool invites you to an immersive experience with Marie-Anne Tawil, President and Chief Operating Officer of Lune Rouge, on June 15–16, 2023, as part of the Élite Program.

Marie-Anne is a member of the Bar of the Province of Quebec. She holds a Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.L), a Bachelor of Common Law (LL.B), an MBA, and is a Certified Corporate Director (ICD.d). Marie-Anne has been a member of YPO – Young Presidents’ Organization since 1999 and is also a recipient of Queen Elizabeth II’s Diamond Jubilee Medal, awarded for her contribution to the advancement of women in business.

An experienced executive, entrepreneur, lawyer, and business leader, Marie-Anne has extensive and solid experience in management, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. As CEO, Marie-Anne has, throughout her career, led and managed several successful acquisitions and exits of Quebec-based manufacturing SMEs.

In 2016, Marie-Anne was appointed CEO of the Fondation Drop Fondation , an international nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring sustainable access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene for the most vulnerable communities. In 2018, Marie-Anne was invited to become the president of Zú, an incubator and accelerator for the entertainment technology industry.

Currently serving as a director on the boards of several public and private companies, Marie-Anne has extensive experience in all aspects of board governance, including finance, auditing, and risk management. Marie-Anne is frequently invited to speak at conferences and participate in panels on governance issues. Marie-Anne is recognized by her peers and her community as an extraordinary coach, mentor, and unifier.
