School BeauceSchool invites you to an immersive experience with Nancy Raymond, President of Steamatic Canada, on November 19–20, 2026, as part of the Émergence Program.
“Anything is possible.” Building on one success after another and driven by passion, Nancy Raymond became president and sole shareholder of Steamatic Canada in 2016; the company now has nearly 50 franchises across the country.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2005 with the acquisition of a company specializing in cleaning and disaster restoration in Gatineau. Determined and persistent, Nancy quickly rose to the challenge of completely restructuring the company while earning the respect of the managers at sister companies.
In less than two years, she acquired the Quebec-based franchise she was affiliated with and expanded it to 18 locations. Her values of integrity, respect, and excellence make Nancy a true entrepreneur who continues to cultivate an open mind and constantly refine her knowledge in her field of expertise and in leadership.
Today, Nancy is the only woman to lead a national disaster restoration company, both here and internationally, through Steamatic Canada.
Her ambition and vision for expansion are focused on driving growth outside of Quebec and increasing market share. Thanks to her business acumen, Nancy knows how to seize opportunities and doesn’t hesitate to surround herself with strong teams to continue place innovative place , improving management practices, and ensuring excellence in customer service.
Nancy is actively involved in her community and supports various organizations and foundations. Her keen curiosity and objective perspective are what drive her to mentor, advise, and inspire business leaders to reach new heights. She is an excellent listener and values conversations where she can encourage entrepreneurs to reflect on their own practices, analyze their situations, and thus guide them so they can find their own solutions to the challenges they face.
