School BeauceSchool is offering a dual immersion experience with Mr. Roch Fortin, President of Apogée Solutions Créatives, and Mr. Patrick Lauzon, President of Substance Grise, on August 18–19, 2026, as part of the ÉLITE Program.
Roch Fortin has been working in the media and television industry for over 30 years. Having worked in more than 20 countries, he received a prestigious ROYAL TELEVISION SOCIETY AWARD in England in 2016 for the series *Release the Hounds*, produced for ITV and Netflix. He also directed the production of the European version of So You Think You Can Dance and has collaborated on popular shows in Quebec, such as Surprise Surprise, Occupation Double, On Connait la Chanson, Big Brother Célébrités, Les Forges du Désert, and Fort Boyard. Former Director of Media Creativity for the TVA network, Roch Fortin also contributed to the creation of the dance format Révolution and the series Chefs de Bois with Martin Picard, winner of the Gémeaux Award for Best Reality TV Series.
Roch has a genuine and infectious passion for creativity, management, leadership, and human potential.
Patrick Lauzon, an entrepreneur, experienced executive, and certified EOS expert, is a partner at Kairos Capital and the head of Substance Grise, a firm that helps management teams develop and implement their strategic plans while place effective governance place (advisory committees or boards of directors).
A Fellow of the Advisory Board Center and certified in ICD and EOS, Patrick draws on his extensive network and wealth of consulting experience to help executives structure their growth, attract the right advisors, and create sustainable value.
A graduate of Concordia University who received further training at Harvard, MIT, and Kellogg, he also serves as entrepreneur-coach EEB, where he shares his passion for governance, strategy, and disciplined execution with dedicated entrepreneurs.
