In May 2018, Helen published the business biography of Eric Molson, her father-in-law and former chairman of Molson Coors Beverage Company, "Back to Beer...and Hockey: The Story of Eric Molson," which appeared on The Globe and Mail's "Top 10 Non-Fiction Books" list. Helen is also a guest speaker on leadership and family business governance for institutions such as the MIT Sloane School of Management, the ICD-Rotman Directors Education Program, and the McGill-HEC Montréal EMBA.
Andrew Molson is Chairman of AVENIR GLOBAL, an organization he first joined as a consultant in 1997. Headquartered in Montreal, AVENIR GLOBAL is a network of seven strategic communications firms across Canada, the United States, Europe, and the Middle East, including NATIONAL Public Relations, AXON, Madano, SHIFT, Padilla, Cherry, and Hanover.
Andrew also serves on several boards of directors, including Molson Coors Beverage Company, Groupe Deschênes, Dundee Corporation, and CH Group, owner of Evenko and the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League.
