We’ve got just what you need! We’re looking for an entrepreneur coach to join our dynamic and passionate team!

Role and Responsibilities

Your contribution to theEEB missionEEB supporting the development and growth of entrepreneurs. More specifically, you will maximize our impact in the following ways:

  • Provide individualized support to entrepreneurs to foster self-awareness, encourage reflection, and facilitate learning, thereby ensuring their personal growth and the growth of their businesses;
  • Create a dynamic, cohesive, and stimulating environment that fosters collaboration and mutual growth among groups of entrepreneurs;
  • Promote the integration and application of learning and knowledge in entrepreneurs’ daily work;
  • Work as a team to co-create and deliver programs for cohorts of entrepreneurs, in line with the E to E (Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur) approach unique toEEB
  • Carry out various consulting assignments for business owners and their teams (team building, strategic planning, psychometric profiling, etc.).

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Knowledge of entrepreneurship and leadership;
  • Experience in coaching and/or supporting the professional development of entrepreneurs;
  • At least 8 years of experience in one of the following fields: management, communications, entrepreneurship, or course ;
  • Skills in leading and facilitating group activities;
  • course skills (content development and delivery);
  • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written French;
  • Bilingualism (Required for this position to ensure high-quality support in English).

Terms and Conditions

  • Status: full-time position with theEEB 40 hours);
  • Schedule and location: a few on-site delivery periods on weekends (between 3 and 6 weekends per year, with flexibility to make up time to maintain a healthy work-life balance). The weekly schedule is hybrid, combining remote work with on-site work during delivery periods approximately every two or three weeks atSchool, located in Saint-Georges de Beauce.
