Role
Under the supervision of the Head of Recruitment and in collaboration with other departments, the representative·has is responsible for recruiting the best entrepreneurs for our programs and tracks, thereby helping to shape the future of Quebec. He or she is also responsible for developing and maintaining our corporate client base, working with entrepreneurs, organizations, and companies that require courses transformation initiatives involving entrepreneurs or intrapreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify the needs of current and potential customers in order to provide them with the best possible support.
- Meet sales targets within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Keep track of how course needs evolve and stay attuned to what the ecosystem has to offer.
- Provide high-quality customer service and after-sales support.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in sales, business development, or other relevant fields
- Knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment is an asset
- Excellent ability to listen to, understand, and analyze customer needs
- Proven skills in negotiation and customer service
- Team spirit, independence, and a drive to achieve goals
- Bilingualism (a plus)

- Full-time position
- Mostly remote work, with occasional trips toSchool de Beauce (Saint-Georges)
