A one- or two-phase program designed to improve your team’s interpersonal skills and foster collective success.

 

Block 1

A 90-minute course with a certified coach who introduces the NOVA theory of behavioral preferences and motivations.

Each participant receives their NOVA profile and a one-hour debrief with a NOVA-certified coach.

Block 2

EEB Synergy. A half-day or full-day group session, during which workshops are selected based on the team’s specific needs.

Collaboration is

A perfect opportunity for team leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs to deepen their understanding of how to use the Nova Global Profile within their respective organizations, thereby strengthening their leadership role with their teams—without the need for certification. A course an introduction to the Nova Global terminology and concepts, practical exercises, and summary tools to support your day-to-day management.
