2. Hands-on workshops (90–120 min)

Conscious Communication and Conflict Management
An interactive workshop inspired by nonviolent communication: how to defuse tensions, listen actively, and turn conflicts into opportunities for collaboration.
Decoding Behavioral Preferences
Understanding how our behaviors and instincts influence our leadership style and workplace relationships, and how to better adapt to those of others.
3- Immersive experiences (half-day and longer)
These immersive experiences offer a comprehensive and transformative journey that captures the essence of an EEB retreat EEB addressing the specific needs of a team or organization.

A simulation in which participants work together to solve a real-world challenge presented by one of them, demonstrating the power of cooperation and collaborative development.
Competition or coopetition?
Collaborative games that reveal how teams react under pressure and encourage reflection on the approach needed to perform well together without losing cohesion.
Responding under pressure and learning to adapt
Exercises that place teams in complex or uncertain situations, followed by a debrief: what do they reveal about our behavior and what we need to adjust to make better progress?
