Élite Émergence Programs
Participation Deferral Policy
Before the start of the Élite Émergence programs
- No requests for postponement will be accepted 30 days or less before the scheduled start date of the cohort.
- More than 30 days before the scheduled start date of the cohort, a person who has been admitted may postpone their participation to a later cohort upon agreement with management. However, only one postponement per person is permitted; otherwise, the admission process must be repeated.
The course fees course those in effect for the new course date course not those from your initial registration. Therefore, the cost may increase.
Cancellation Policy
Before the start of the Élite Émergence programs
- 30 days or less: The first payment is non-refundable. It will therefore be charged or withheld.
- More than 30 days: A credit equal to the first payment will be applied to your account (applicable to courses atEEB).
Waiver Policy
During the Élite Émergence programs:
If, due to circumstances beyond your control*, you must withdraw from the Élite Émergence programs:
- An amount equal to the value of the stays that have already taken place and the value of the two stays following the date of the notice of cancellation will be charged or withheld.
- If there is an overpayment on your account, the difference between the payment you have already received and the amount determined in the previous paragraph is non-refundable. However, a course credit course courses atEEB applied to your account.

*For clarity, the circumstances of force majeure accepted by management are: serious illness of the participant; death or serious illness of a close family member, including a spouse and children; and bankruptcy.
Coaching Sessions and Lectures
If cancellation occurs more than 30 business days before the service start date, the deposit will be refunded, andEEB will charge 15% of the total contract amountEEB cover costs and expenses incurred.
If you cancel between 30 and 11 business days before the service start date, no deposit refund will be issued.
If cancellation occurs 10 business days or fewer before the service start date, the full amount of the quote will be billed and is due toEEB.
In the event of force majeure, as defined by Article 1470 of the CCQ—an unforeseeable, unavoidable event not attributable to either party that renders the performance of the obligation absolutely impossible—the parties agree to postpone the delivery of the proposal. The parties agree to determine a new delivery date, preferably within one year of the originally scheduled delivery date, and agree that no penalty shall apply.
Individual sales (intensive courses, language immersion programs, etc.)
The Consumer Protection Act applies. If you cancel before the start of your stay or course, any amounts already paid will be refunded. To receive a refund, you must send written confirmation of the cancellation toSchool de Beauce.
Ifyou are absent without prior notice before the course takes place, the amount paid will not be refunded since the course already taken place. Regarding rescheduling for entrepreneur-athletes, you have 14 days before the event to reschedule your participation; otherwise, you will lose your rescheduling option and will no longer be able to reschedule.
