Frequently asked questions about Intensive Stays

School d'Entrepreneurship de Beauce is mysterious to many, so we decided to answer the questions most frequently asked by participants before their intensive stays.

Course

1. Can I only arrive at the end of the day?

A late arrival is not possible since course lasts less than 48 hours. Not only would you miss some of the content, but your understanding would be diminished and others penalized.

2. Can I bring my colleague, spouse or other?

Our courses are reserved for registered participants only.

3. Will I have time to make calls?

Yes, but it's still a good idea to plan an out-of-office message for your inbox and phone so you can make the most of your stay. Take advantage of these two days to recharge your batteries, while still being able to take advantage of breaks and free evenings to make important calls.

4. Can I carpool?

We invite you to contact the association or group responsible to help you find a carpool that suits your needs.

Accommodation and meals

1. Can I arrive the day before? 

It is not possible to arrive the day before. Instead, we suggest you book a room at the Georgesville, mentioning that you are attending a course event atEEB to benefit from a special rate, or at the Comfort Inn, located just 3 minutes fromSchool.

2. Do I need to book a hotel?

No, as we have an accommodation block located on place atSchool, which contains rooms with private bathrooms.

3. Is there a desk in the room?

Yes, all rooms have a desk for your comfort and convenience.

4. If I have allergies, do I need to bring my own lunch?

No, you don't need to bring your own food. Simply mention any allergies or intolerances when you register, or contact theEEB coordinator, who will contact you to ensure that your dietary requirements are met.

1. Can I transfer my place to someone else?

In many cases, you have to prepare in advance, so it's not possible to give your place. If you're coming with an association, check with them to avoid taking someone else's place .

2. Does course give PDUs (Continuous course units)?

No, only our Élite program provides continuous course units.

2. What is included in course?

course includes four meals (two lunches, one breakfast and one supper) and accommodation at place. There's also a café area offering unlimited snacks and beverages. 

3. Why do you ask for my credit card on arrival?

In the evening, you'll have access to a bar service and all drinks will be charged directly to your room. You'll need to sign all bills for the drinks you consume.

4. When will I receive details of my stay?

Full details of times, what to bring, etc. will be e-mailed to you around 1-2 weeks before your arrival.

5. Can I find out who will be in the group?

No, we want to keep the identity of the other participants a mystery until you arrive at place. Trust the process!

6. Can I cancel my attendance the day before?

If you have any questions, please consult our cancellation and postponement policy. In all cases, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer your place to another person or make the necessary changes.
