Job profile

Your main role is to accompany entrepreneurs in order to stimulate discussion, questioning and awareness, and to help integration of learning and experimentation. You'll have the chance to contribute to knowledge transfer, as well as creating a dynamic, cohesive and stimulating environment conducive to the personal and professional development of entrepreneurs.

One of your key missions will be to co-create and deliver, as a team, stays for cohorts of entrepreneurs, in order to maximize the impact on their progress and the results on their businesses, in line with the E to E (Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur) approach unique toEEB. You will also provide individual coaching with each member of the cohort between stays to facilitate learning progression. 

You'll also have the opportunity to showcase your creativity by participating in the development of workshops, products and their delivery, as well as coaching entrepreneurial coaches, where you'll co-design courses based on their rich learning. 

Requirements and qualifications:

• Knowledge of entrepreneurship, leadership and coaching;
• Experience-course in individualized progress coaching;
• Experience-course in group facilitation;
• Experience in course for adults (content development and delivery);
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Teamwork skills and autonomy;
• At least 5 years' experience in one of the following areas: Administration, communication, entrepreneurship, pedagogy.

This is a full-time position (40 hours), with some weekend deliveries (with flexibility to reschedule in the spirit of balance). The weekly schedule is a hybrid one, as you will be required to report frequently toSchool, located in Saint-Georges de Beauce.
