Marketing and communications manager (position filled)

Reporting to the Marketing, Communications and Sales Leader, you will be responsible for managing our marketing and communications strategy. You will work closely with the internal team to promote our products and services, strengthen our presence in the entrepreneurial ecosystem and build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing and/or communication action plans to promote the organization's products and services.
• Supervise and manage a work team.
• Maintain a strategic watch and monitor market needs.
• Oversee and contribute to the marketing content strategy. Create and distribute marketing content for various channels: social media, website, newsletter, etc.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign results to adjust strategies where necessary.
• Monitor the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with other sectors on various organizational projects.
• Manage relations with external suppliers.

Profile required

course university degree in marketing, communications or any other relevant discipline.

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.

Experience in team management.

Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships and team-oriented leadership. 

In-depth knowledge of results-oriented marketing strategies, including digital marketing.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good organizational skills and ability to work on several files at once.

Proactive, creative and rigorous.

Excellent command of French and good command of English (oral and written).

Knowledge of the entrepreneurial world is an asset.

The detainee must be able to get around (valid driver's license and vehicle).

Telecommuting is possible. Desired place of residence: Greater Quebec City and Chaudière- Appalaches regions.
