Manager Fondation and financial partners (position filled)

Reporting to the Marketing, Communications and Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and full management of Fondation EEB , as well as the financial partnerships ofSchool.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop, supervise and contribute to the realization of strategic plans, in line with the mission and objectives of Fondation andSchool, in order to achieve the KPIs set annually.
• Administration and management: In collaboration with the organization's Finance and Administration department, oversee the financial management of Fondation and financial partnership agreements.
• Fundraising and business development: Develop fundraising activities and negotiate financial partnerships (sponsorships).
• Grants management: Oversee and manage various grant projects.
• Legal and regulatory compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including reporting and governance requirements, of a Fondation.

Profile required

• course university degree in communications, public relations, business administration or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional relationships.
• Excellent command of French and good command of English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of philanthropy and partnership management.
• Results-oriented strategy development.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work on several files at once.
• Be proactive, creative and rigorous.
• Team-oriented leadership. Ability to rally people around a common cause.
• Ability to network and develop business relationships.
• Knowledge of entrepreneurship is an asset.

Candidates must be able to travel (valid driving license and vehicle).

Work locations: Telecommuting is possible and location is not important. However, occasional travel toSchool, located at: 18 255, boulevard Lacroix in Saint-Georges, is to be expected.
