Head of Fondation Financial Partners

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications, and Sales, you will be responsible for the strategy and overall management of theEEB Fondation , as well as theSchool financial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and Planning: Develop, oversee, and contribute to the implementation of strategic plans aligned with the mission and objectives of the Fondation theSchool, in order to achieve the KPIs set annually.
• Administration and Management: Supervise, in collaboration with the organization’s Finance and Administration department, the financial management of the Fondation financial partnership agreements.
• Fundraising and Business Development: Develop fundraising activities and negotiate financial partnerships (sponsorships).
• Grant Management: Oversee and manage various grant projects.
• Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including reporting and governance requirements, for a Fondation.

Qualifications

• course in communication, public relations, business administration, or any other relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to develop and maintain good professional relationships.
• Excellent command of French and good command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of philanthropy and partnership management.
• Results-oriented strategy development.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Be proactive, creative, and meticulous.
• Leadership focused on teamwork. Ability to rally people around a common cause.
• Ability to network and build business relationships.
• Familiarity with the entrepreneurial community is a plus.

The candidate must be able to travel (valid driver's license and vehicle).

Work locations: Remote work is possible, and your place of residence is not a factor. However, occasional trips toSchool, located at 18 255 Lacroix Boulevard in Saint-Georges, are to be expected.
