Job profile

You will be responsible for the customer experience by being the face ofSchool for entrepreneurs during evening events atEEB. The Beverage Attendant focuses on a personalized approach to help entrepreneurs enjoy informal moments.

Working conditions:

• Regular shifts from 5:00 pm to +/- midnight (except during events)
• Above minimum wage + tip
• Pre-determined number of customers (contractor cohort)

Your main responsibilities:

• Welcoming and advising customers
• Professional service from refreshment selection to checkout
• Manage inventory in collaboration with the team
• Staying on top of trends
• Contribute to the EEB service offering by supporting the teaching team
• Make sure the evening goes smoothly

Requirements and qualifications:

• Good experience in food service
• Good listening skills
• Customer service orientation
• Be discreet and professional
• Master knowledge D
• Good knowledge of French (spoken)
