What is a CTE?

At the heart of the EEB approach, the CTE's role is to co-develop, with seasoned entrepreneurs and experts in their field, the content, the life lessons, the learnings to be passed on to the cohorts when they move on toSchool.

He or she needs to grasp the professional and personal histories, as well as the expertise, of the people involved, and accompany them from ideation to preparation, both in transmission and feedback.

Its importance and influence are essential in helping stakeholders create relevant, original content tailored to entrepreneurial customers. With the aim of maximizing the progress, impact and results of sharing, while respecting the E to E (entrepreneur to entrepreneur) approach, unique toEEB.


Your main responsibilities:

  • Accompany and create a link with guest speakers.
  • Identify pedagogical development and support needs.
  • Bring out and identify the relevant experiences of stakeholders, helping them to transform them into both tacit and explicit content and knowledge.
  • Lead and guide stakeholders towards sharing through workshops and creative activities.
  • Create, develop and refine transformation strategies to maximize the transfer of knowledge and learning.
  • Design and co-create different types of content (virtual, face-to-face) ranging from 2 hours to 24 hours.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in administration, industrial relations, andragogy or any other related discipline
  • 10 years' experience in one of the following areas: administration, communications, entrepreneurship, andra/educational development
  • In-depth, detailed knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience in coaching executives or entrepreneurs; an asset
  • Experience in course for adults; an asset
  • Experience as an entrepreneur; an asset

This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers a great deal of flexibility. Recurrent travel to Saint-Georges and elsewhere is required.
