What is a CTE?
At the heart of the EEB approach, the CTE’s role is to work with seasoned entrepreneurs and experts in their fields to co-develop the content, life lessons, and insights to be shared with the cohorts during their time atSchool.
He must understand the participants’ professional and personal backgrounds as well as their areas of expertise in order to guide them from the ideation phase through to preparation, providing both guidance and feedback.
Its importance and influence are crucial to stakeholders, enabling them to create content that is relevant, original, and tailored to entrepreneurial clients. The goal is to maximize the growth, impact, and results of content sharing while adhering to the E to E (entrepreneur-to-entrepreneur) approach, which is unique toEEB.

Your main responsibilities:
- Support and build relationships with guest speakers (both French- and English-speaking).
- Identify the necessary educational development and support needs.
- Identify and capture stakeholders’ relevant experiences to help them transform these into both tacit and explicit knowledge and content.
- Encourage and guide participants to share their ideas through workshops and creative activities.
- Create, develop, and refine transformation strategies to maximize the transfer of knowledge and learning.
- Develop and co-create various types of content (virtual and in-person) ranging from 2 to 24 hours in length.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, industrial relations, adult education, or any other related field
- 10 years of experience in one of the following fields: administration, communications, entrepreneurship, or educational development
- In-depth and detailed knowledge of the business world
- Experience in coaching executives or entrepreneurs; a plus
- Experience in course ; a plus
- Entrepreneurial experience; a valuable asset

This is a full-time position that offers a hybrid work arrangement providing a great deal of flexibility. The role requires frequent travel to Saint-Georges and other locations.
