Designer course / entrepreneurial leadership (position filled)

We're looking for a course designer specializing in entrepreneurial leadership to play a key role in our exciting mission. If you are motivated to take on challenges in a stimulating environment, our dynamic and committed team will surround you to help you succeed!

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Identify and analyze product development needs in relation to strategic issues facing Quebec entrepreneurs, and determine appropriate development strategies;
  • Advise and support other team members in the ideation and design of 24h intensive stays by entrepreneurial coaches and in the development and improvement of products from course;
  • Design courses and course workshops;
  • Collaborate with the innovation committee in the research and development of all other forms of pedagogical innovation relevant to learning in an entrepreneurial context; 
  • Transfer the innovations developed to courses and assess their impact;
  • Accompany experts and entrepreneur coaches in their transfer of knowledge to entrepreneurial clients, from preparation to delivery, bringing out the relevant experiences of stakeholders and helping them transform them into relevant content and activities;
  • If necessary, carry out classroom observation, replace accompanying delivery and provide feedback. 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Good command of French and English, both spoken and written;
  • Minimum 4 to 8 years' experience in course and adult development (andragogy);
  • University degree in human resources, adult education and course , entrepreneurship or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in developing and facilitating courses, workshops and team meetings;
  • Detailed knowledge of the entrepreneurial environment;
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan milestones and meet deadlines;
  • Experience as an entrepreneur (an asset).

  • Good communication skills with different customers and stakeholders;
  • Disciplined, rigorous and able to work behind the scenes.

Take advantage of a hybrid formula that offers a lot of flexibility! Several trips to Saint-Georges de Beauce and elsewhere will be required as needed.
