We are looking for a course designer course in entrepreneurial leadership to play a key role in our exciting mission. If you’re motivated to take on challenges in a dynamic environment, our energetic and dedicated team will support you every step of the way to help you succeed!

Roles and responsibilities: 

  • Identify and analyze product development needs related to the strategic challenges faced by Quebec entrepreneurs and determine appropriate development strategies;
  • Advise and support other team members in the ideation and design of 24-hour intensive retreats led by entrepreneurial coaches, as well as in the development and improvement of course products;
  • Design courses course workshops;
  • Collaborate with the Innovation Committee on research and development of all other relevant forms of educational innovation to promote learning in an entrepreneurial context; 
  • Apply the innovations developed to courses and assess their impact;
  • Supporting experts and entrepreneur-coaches in sharing their knowledge with entrepreneurial clients—from preparation through to delivery—by identifying the relevant experiences of the participants and helping them transform these into relevant content and activities;
  • If necessary, observe classes, substitute for the regular teacher, and provide feedback. 

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both French and English, both spoken and written;
  • At least 4 to 8 years of experience in adult course development (andragogy);
  • A college degree in human resources, course education and course , entrepreneurship, or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in developing and facilitating courses, workshops, and team meetings;
  • In-depth knowledge of the business community;
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan project phases and meet established deadlines;
  • Entrepreneurial experience (a plus).
